As a Talent Partner at TriFinance you take the following responsibilities:
You are a strong business partner who is able to identify the right target groups based on the input of the business.
You are able to monitor and challenge the status quo and improve the overall recruitment process over the 15 units across Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany.
You know the latest recruitment trends and developments and you are able to translate these into concrete initiatives.
You will partner with Recruiters & Business Managers to coordinate all recruiting initiatives in line with the workforce planning.
You will develop & execute cost-effective sourcing, talent acquisition & recruiting strategies to meet the business requirements.
You provide some HR-Analytics on Intake and act proactively.
You organize learning groups as a Peer Group Programs Intake, where knowledge and experiences are shared with all stakeholders.
You create a good relationship with all 30 recruiters and you are their sparring partner during their day-to-day activities.
You will develop "candidate pools" strategies for current and future positions.
Based on some internal development tools, you determine the learning needs of the recruiters concerned and you organize training courses to improve their level of expertise.
You report the Intake figures to your supervisor on a monthly basis and take various actions to guarantee the Intake budgets.
You are involved in side projects such as consent management (GDPR), the new website and Business Role Mapping tool and provide your advice with an intake perspective.
You are in close collaboration with your colleagues of the unit Care, namely the Onboard and HR manager and your colleague on Intake who will handle internal recruitment and will support you, during the performance of your job.

Master Degree in HR and / or Business;
Min 10 years’ of HR experience in a similar role with proven working experience in Recruitment , preferably in an international environment;
Solid understanding of the Belgium Labor Law/Regulation and best practices
Proven ability to multi-task and result-driven in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
Confident working with level of ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch AND English
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
